Sellers: Our initial get-to-know-you calls or coffee are free. When you are ready to proceed, we can offer you help you sell your own business or on a finder’s fee paid only upon the successful sale of your company. Our reasonable finder’s fee works on one of three flat rates depending on the complexity of the sale and size.
Buyers: If you know the business you want to buy, there is no fee. If you need extensive representation, we will work on a retainer that is 90% refunded toward the purchase of a business.
Investors: We work with you to understand your needs and when we reach out to business opportunities, we are compensated at the sale by the seller, so your work with us is without strings. Before you reach out, please read about our preference for innovation.
