This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Paulson Exchange and how we use it as well as AI Usage Policy. This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Paulson Exchange. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website. Our Privacy Policy was created with the help of the Free Privacy Policy Generator.

PAULSON EXCHANGE AI USE POLICY

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Paulson Exchange permits limited use of approved artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency, research, drafting, analysis, and marketing. AI tools are assistants only and may not replace professional judgment, broker oversight, legal review, or required human decision-making.

Approved Use

Employees and contractors may use approved AI tools for:

  • Drafting marketing content, emails, call scripts, checklists, and templates

  • Research using publicly available information

  • Summarizing or improving nonconfidential content

  • Creating graphics and marketing materials

  • Reviewing anonymized or fictional business scenarios

  • Organizing information and preparing preliminary drafts

  • Translate client messages

  • Create timelines or task lists

All AI-generated material must be reviewed by a qualified person before it is sent, published, relied upon, or included in a transaction document.

All AI-GENERATED or MODIFIED photos must include labels like “digitally enhanced”.

Confidential and Restricted Information

Users must not enter confidential, identifying, or sensitive information into an AI tool unless the specific tool and account have been approved for that type of data.

Restricted information includes:

  • Client, buyer, seller, employee, or prospect names and contact information

  • Signed NDAs, confidential information memoranda, tax returns, bank statements, payroll records, or QuickBooks files

  • Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, account numbers, passwords, login credentials, or payment information

  • Purchase agreements, letters of intent, promissory notes, valuation reports, or closing documents containing identifiable client information

  • Information prohibited from disclosure by an NDA, contract, law, regulation, or professional obligation

Whenever practical, names and identifying details must be removed before information is entered into an AI tool.

Human Review and Professional Responsibility

AI output may contain errors, fabricated information, unsupported claims, biased conclusions, or incorrect legal, tax, accounting, valuation, or regulatory information.

AI-generated work must not be:

  • Sent directly to clients or prospects without review

  • Published as advertising without approval

  • Presented as legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, or valuation advice

  • Used as the sole basis for a professional recommendation or business decision

  • Used to negotiate, approve, sign, transmit, or modify transaction documents without broker review

The person using the AI tool remains responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, confidentiality, and compliance of the final work.

Account Security

Only approved business uses and authorized accounts may be used for Paulson Exchange work. Users must:

  • Maintain individual accounts and secure passwords

  • Use multifactor authentication when available

  • Avoid shared logins

  • Follow approved privacy and data-control settings

  • Avoid unapproved plugins, custom GPTs, extensions, connectors, or integrations

  • Immediately report suspected disclosure of confidential information

Approval applies only to the specific platform, subscription level, settings, and uses listed below. Approval of one product does not approve every product, model, plugin, connector, or integration offered by that vendor.
